First and foremost

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and I hope that you love and use my products often. However if for any reason this is not the case, please let me know and I will happily issue you a refund. All you need to do is pack it right back up, and send it back. You are in charge of shipping costs, and getting the items back safely. Once the item has been returned I will issue the refund.

If your pottery arrives broken

Sorry about that! There is nothing worse than broken pottery. It’s okay though, all you need to do is take a quick picture of the broken piece. and send an e-mail here. I will send a replacement out as soon as I am able.

This color isn’t quite what I expected

Photography can sometimes be a finicky thing. I try to convey my pottery as true to color as possible, but sometimes a piece takes on a different look online than in person. If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, there are a few options. You may exchange it for a different glaze option if it’s available, or ask for a refund.
